1/ BACKGROUND

Otéo, subsidiary of the global operator Wana, is designed to become the off-shoring reference operator in Morocco .

Thanks to its ongoing involvement and its extensive know-how, building on strong international partnership agreements and first-rate product quality, Otéo is eager tap into its innovative spirit to turn Morocco into a first-choice destination for offshoring.

One of the primary keys to secure the success of this far-reaching project is indeed the availability of communication infrastructures, in line with international standards, whose major components are performance and accessibility.

Building on the wide range of its product portfolio and on its innovation and service- oriented culture, Wana, through its subsidiary Otéo is offering voice and data services in the Offshoring Parks (Casanearshore, Technopolis,...).

This project, acting as the national champion of Offshoring and which is the flagship component of the Emergence Plan, will make up the first private world-scale business parks in Morocco, fully dedicated to the activities of outsourcing and BPO - business process outsourcing - and ITO.

Otéo is proud to be one of the driving forces of this movement.


2/ THE STAKEHOLDERS

The role and mission of Otéo, in view of its extensive know-how, is to meet the expectations of the offshore customers in the area of telecom services.

To be able to do so, Otéo has managed to implement a state-of-the-art optical fibre transmission infrastructure along with service platforms dedicated to the residents of Casanearshore Park residents.

► Otéo supports the implementation and the management of all telecom infrastructures in the Park,
► Otéo is the single point of contact for telecoms.

Otéo makes available to the companies settled in the Park a full range of corporate telecom services meeting the international standards and drawing on the expertise of key partners: Wana, Orange Business Services and Cisco.

Orange Business Services, with a service portfolio of over 3,700 multinational companies worldwide, has steered the installation and implementation of Casanearshore telecommunication infrastructure along with Otéo. This serves as a first-rate guarantee of service quality, alive to international standards in force.

Furthermore, the entire infrastructure implemented by Otéo is supported by Cisco equipment, the leader of IP solutions, extending from service platforms to telephone extensions.
